Lauren is the founder of emOcean Coaching & Consulting, a firm focusing on transforming leaders, bridging cultures and enabling change. She is a certified Co-Active/International Coaching Federation coach, and certified change consultant. A former corporate leader and business professional with almost 20 years of international experience in the chemical / pharmaceutical industries, she is also the author of the book, True Connection. Lauren spends her time between NYC and Frankfurt.
